摘要
目的 调查成年癫痫患者的心理状况。方法 使用抑郁自评量表 (SDS)和焦虑自评量表 (SAS)对 80例确诊为癫痫的成年患者进行调查 ,并与中国成人常模对照。结果 80例成年癫痫患者中有 5 6例 (70 % )存有轻至中度抑郁情绪 ,48例(60 % )存有肯定的焦虑。结论 成年癫痫患者存有明显的心理障碍 ,医生不仅要为他们提供合理的药物治疗 ,还要提供必要的心理咨询及心理治疗。
Objective To investigate the psychological state of the adult epilepsy patients.Method To investigate 80 adult epilepsy patients with SDS and SAS,and controlled with Chinese adult normal model.Result There were minor to modest depression symptoms in 56(70%)patients and affirmative anxiety symptoms in 48(60%) patients.Conclusion There were obvious psychological disorders in the adult epilepsy patients.The doctor should provide necessary counseling and psychotherapy as well as rational drug-treatment.
