32例孕妇的抑郁情绪及P300电位对照研究

目的 探讨孕妇的抑郁情绪与 P3 0 0电位之间的关系。方法 对 3 2例孕妇及 3 5例健康未孕育龄女性进行了 P3 0 0测定和抑郁量表评定。结果 P3 0 0波潜伏期延长及波幅降低较对照组存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1 ) ,抑郁自评量表中各因子分两组相比存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 P3 0

Objective To investigate level of depression and P300 potential in pregnant women.Methods P300 potentials test and SDS tests were used for 32 pregnant women and a group of controls.Results There was significant difference between the two groups on either P300 potentials or the factor score of SDS(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The results supported the use of P300 potentials for Analysis of depression in pregnant women.
