维思通治疗精神分裂症的疗效和副反应分析

Efficacy and Side Effect Analysis of Resperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia.

目的 维思通对长期服用传统抗精神病药病人进行替换治疗以及大范围病人的疗效和副反应分析。方法 对维思通治疗首发精神分裂症或其它药换用维思通治疗的疗效和副反应等问题进行详细观察 ,并以 BPRS进行评估。结果 有效率平均在 90 %左右 ,而氯氮平换用维思通的有效率在 70～ 80 %。副反应主要仍以锥体外系副作用为主 ,但比较轻微 ,经对症处理后能很快缓解。结论 维思通是一种较为安全有效的抗精神病药物 。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects in a large sample of patients receiving resperidone or switching from other antipsychotics to resperidone.Method BPRS and TESS were used in the assessment of efficacy and side effects.Results The mean effective rate was around 90% in patients receiving resperidone as the first choice,while 70～80% in patients switching from clozapine to resperidone.EPS was the most common side effect,which was moderate and easy to deal with.Conclusion Resperidone is a safe and effective antipsychotic,especially in the phase of antipsychotic treatment.
