计算机测量角度系统是为了进行数码图像分析而开发的 ,在Windows环境下 ,利用VisualBasic6 .0为设计平台设计的既可独立使用 ,也可在其他系统中作为调用的程序 .主要阐述了计算角度的基本思想、基本算法。

The application system of the calculation of angle with computer is developed for digital image analysis, which make use of Visual Basic 6.0 in windows environment. It can be used alone, and can be used in other system as a program. This paper mainly states the elemental thought, the basic algorithm and the realization and application of software.
