摘要
以超声技术为基础 ,讨论了低强度超声 (× 10 6数量级 )对藻细胞产生抑制作用的机理 ,提出 5分钟 /次的处理剂量 ,每 4-5天处理一次的处理频次是最优经济效益的处理参数。指出低强度超声抑藻过程中破坏了藻胆体的结构功能 ,干扰了叶绿素的合成途径 。
Our research which is based on the ultrasound technology discusses the mechanism concerning about the inhibition to the cyanobacteria caused by the low-intensity ultrasound.It suggests that treat for 5 min every 4~5 days is the best way under the condition.It points out that the low-intersity ultrasound destroys the structure of the PBS and interferes the composing of cholophy in solving water-bloom.As a result increasing of bimass was controlled.
