摘要
酰基硫脲类化合物具有广泛的生物活性 ,本文利用 3 氨基 1,2 ,4 三氮唑与异硫氰酸酯加成 ,合成了八种新的酰基硫脲类化合物 ,其结构用IR、1HNMR、MS和元素分析进行了表征 .初步的生测结果证明 ,所合成的目标化合物大多表现出较好的生物活性 ,其中Ⅱb、Ⅱc、Ⅱd、Ⅱe、Ⅰg 表现出较高的除草活性 ,Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅱd、Ⅱe 和Ⅱg
Acyl thiourea have extensive biological activities.This paper synthesized eight new acyl thiourea containing 1,2,4 triazolyl for the first time.Their physical properties,IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis were characterized,biological activity were originally studied too,It is proved from the results of biological activity tests that some compounds have a remarkable biological activities,compounds Ⅱ b,Ⅱ c,Ⅱ d and Ⅱ g have good herbicidal activity, Ⅱ a,Ⅱ b,Ⅱ c,Ⅱ d have excellent properties of growth on root.
