In this paper, the concept of fuzzy context free tree grammar(FCFTG) is defined. The structure of FCFTG is discussed, a decomposition theorem and a representation theorem of FCFTG are given. Which from two distinct points of view clarify the relationship between FCFTG and non FCFTG, and among their algebraic structrues. An actual method to convert fuzzy grammars into ordinary ones is provided.
