We study the health wine to estimate its health benefits on the antifatigue function in mice. Studies show that health wine can prominently improve their sporting endurance. The biochemistry index of fatigue mice shows that the treated group is notably different from the control group. After sports, the content of liver glycogen of the treated mice is higher than that of the control mice.
