摘要
短跑运动员心理状态对竞技水平的发挥有直接影响。根据短跑运动员在赛前、赛中、赛后不同阶段心理状态变化的特点 ,提出一套短跑运动员心理训练的方法 ,旨在促进短跑运动员保持较高竞技状态 ,创造优异成绩 ,缩小我国短跑运动水平与世界的差距。
The athlete's psychological state will exert a direct influence on his performance. Based on a thorough study of the psychological changes of sprinters at different stages, this paper employs various approaches to bring forth a systematic method of psychological training for sprinters. This effort attempts to help the sprinters in our country to keep a high athletic level, upgrade their performance in sports events and shorten the distance in sprint between our country and those in other parts of the world.
