The Globalization Wave and National Political Security

国家安全内涵随着“全球化”进程而日益综合化 ,其中核心的安全领域仍是政治安全 ,全球化对于国家政治安全的影响有利有弊 ,既促进未来安全环境相对稳定 ,又使国家政治安全面临威胁和挑战 ,因此 ,在积极参与全球化进程中 ,如何利用“全球化”趋利避害 ,不断增强国家防范和化解全球化给国家政治安全带来的各种威胁的能力 ,这将是一项事关全局的时代性课题。

The connotation of national security,the core of which is still political security,becomes more and more comprehensive along with the proceeding of globalization.Globalization has positive as well as negative influence upon political security for a country ,in the sense that it may help bring about a desirable future situation with a relative stable security environment,meanwhile may pose the question of political security facing with threat and challenge.Consequently,in the process of taking an active part in globalization,how to approach the favourable and avoid the harmful by making good use of it,and how to strengthen a country's capacity to preventing and resolving all sorts of threats to political security which caused by globalization,will be an epochal matter of overall importance.
