创新教育:素质教育的灵魂

Innovation Education,the Spirit of Quality Education

创新教育是以培养创造型人才为主要目标的教育 ,是素质教育的具体化和深化。我国创新教育战略的提出及实施 ,无论从理论上还是从实践上都具有重要的意义。实施创新教育 ,应避免两种错误倾向 :⑴创新教育超越素质教育 ;⑵创新教育就是精英教育。

Innovation education is based on producing creative talents.It is the specific form and further development of quality education.In our country,it is of great importance,both theoretically and practically,to put forward the strategy of innovation education.When carrying out the strategy we should avoid two mistakes:i)innovation education surmounts quality education; ii)education of outstanding personnels.
