摘要
通过循环伏安技术对腺嘌呤在玻碳电极上的吸附现象进行了研究 .利用伏安响应数据 ,对电活性质粒弱吸附进行了定性判断 ,结果表明 ,腺嘌呤在玻碳电极上发生了弱吸附 ,电氧化的主要影响因素是酸度、本体浓度以及扫描速率 .
Cyclic voltammetry technology was used to study the adsorptive behavior of adenine on the glassy carbon electrode.Cyclic voltammetry datum were sufficiently utilized to judge whether the electroxidation reaction is involving weak adsorption of electroactive species.The result showed that adsorption of adenine was very weak.The main infulence factors were pH value, concentration and sweep rate.
