摘要
以苯胺为母体 ,合成了对乙酰氨基苯磺酰氯 .在氯磺化反应中引入了四氯化碳溶剂 ,在反应后期加入氯化钠 .用正交实验确定了最佳原料配比 :n(乙酰苯胺 )∶ n(氯磺酸 )∶ n(氯化钠 ) =1 .0∶ 4 .3∶ 0 .4 .改进工艺后 ,氯磺化反应的收率由 80 %提高到 86 .73% .
p-Acetanmidobenzenesufonyl chloride was synthesized with aniline as raw material.In the reaction of chlorosulfonation carbon tetrachloride was used as solvent,adding the sodium chloride in later stage reaction.The optimal molar ration of reactants was N-acetanilide:chlorosulfonic acid:sodium chloride was 1.00∶4.30∶0.43.In this improved technology,the yield of chlorosulfonation reaction product was raised form 80% to 86.73%
