摘要
对甲壳素 /壳聚糖及其衍生物在食品工业、化妆品、医药等方面的应用情况进行了综述 .在食品工业中 ,甲壳素 /壳聚糖及其衍生物可作为食品及蔬菜水果的保鲜剂、饮料的澄清剂 ,并对人体有保健作用 ;添加于化妆品中 ,它具有保湿、透气、消除毒素、防紫外线等作用 ;用于医药中 ,它有降血脂、血糖、血压 ,治疗缺血性贫血等功能。
It was reviewed that the usage of chitin/chitosan and its derivatives in food industry,cosmetics and medicines.In food industry,chitin/chitosan and its derivatives are the fresh keeper of foods,vegetables and fruities,clarifier of beverages,and have health care function for people;appended in cosmetics,it can keep wet,breathe freely,clear up toxin and defend ultraviolet radiation et al;in medicine,it can drop blood fat,blood suger,blood pressure and can cure lack courage and uprightness anemia,et al.
