摘要
通过对大花蕙兰的组织培养试验 ,筛选出 B5+ BA1 .0 + 2 ,4 D2 .0 的组合对大花蕙兰花梗诱导类原球茎有明显作用 .B5培养基较 MS培养基更容易诱导花梗产生类原球茎 .激素 BA浓度在 1 .0~ 5 .0 mg/L之间 ,2 ,4 D浓度在 0 .5~ 2 .0 mg/L之间有利于诱导花梗产生类原球茎 .筛选出 MS+ BA1 .0 + NAA0 .5的组合对大花蕙兰类原球茎增殖有明显作用 .采用井字形切割有利于类原球茎的增殖 .
The tissue culture of petal,pedicel and leaf of Cymbidium were studied.The results are as follows:B 5 basic medium was superior to MS in inducing protocorm.Low concentration of BA 1.0~5.0 and 2,4-D 0.5~2.0 was helpful to induce protocorm.The best medium in inducing protocorm was B 5+BA 1+2,4-D 2.0 .The culture of petal and leaf had not succeeded.The best medium for protocorm multiplication was MS+BA 1+NAA 0.5 .Cutting method of'#' shape was found to promote protocorm multiplication.
