摘要
渗透胁迫下 ,小麦幼苗根系和叶片 ABA,Ca M水平提高 ,保护酶 ( SOD与 POD)活性上升 .结果初步表明 :第 2信号系统 Ca2 +/ Ca M参与了干旱化学信号 ABA的传递 ,引起小麦幼苗根系和叶片 SOD,POD活性的升高 .
The effects of osmotic stress on physiological function of wheat seedlings were studied systemically. The level of ABA and CaM of wheat seedlings enhanced;the activities of SOD and POD rose under osmotic stress.The results showed:Ca 2+ /CaM participated in the transduction of the drought chemical signal (ABA) and at the same time led to the improvement of SOD and POD activities of wheat seedlings.
