To generalize progress and present situation in technology of embryo frozen.On the basis of development, there is showed slow freezing and slow ice-out,routine rapid freezing,virtification freezing,one-step canaliculus frozen,one-step freezing and semi-embryo frozen.The paper discusses the influence of embryo frozen-guard reagent of embryo frozen,frozen method,unfrozen method,get ride of protective reagent of embryo frozen and fetation period on frozen effect on embryo.
