摘要
制定健美运行处方的核心问题是解决运动强度的定量化 ,靶心率是运动中能获得最佳效果并能确保安全的心率 .健美运动强度可由最高心率表征 ,据此确定靶心率并划分靶心率区 ,制定相应的运动处方实现促进体态健美的目标 .
The core of establishment bodybuilding exercise prescriptions is to solve the ration of sport intension.Target heart rate is the most efficient and safe rate in exercise.In according to maximum heart rate,which can inflect exercise intension.To determine target heart rate and divided into categories called target heart rate zones,make exercise presciptions for developing fit appearance.
