摘要
合理营养对增强学生体质和提高健康水平的作用日益突出 .现从水和电解质平衡、发展和维持理想身体质量、促进和发展身体的瘦成分、最大的氧运输能力和发展较高的骨密度等 6个方面阐述了学生体质增强的营养学方法 .
There is growing demand knowing how to improve student physical fitness and enhance their healthy levels.The dietary methods of improving student physical fitness which include six viewpoints was discussed:ensure and maintain proper hydration and electrolyte balance,develop and maintain an ideal body mass,develop and preserve a lean body mass,provide adequate carbohydrates to optimize metabolism,maximize oxygen delivery,and develop a high-density skeleton.
