中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病40例观察

Observation on 40 Cases of Incipient Diabetic Niphropathy Treated by the Combined Method of Western Medicine and TCM

观察黄芪注射液和丹参注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组(各40例),治疗组在采用西药有效控制血糖的基础上加用黄芪注射液和丹参注射液治疗;对照组采用单纯西药治疗。两组均治疗1个月,并同时观察两组治疗前后症状、体征及实验室相关指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%;对照组为55%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。24h尿蛋白排泄量、血糖、尿微量白蛋白、血尿β2—微球蛋白及血脂等指标,治疗组在治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄芪丹参结合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of integrated Huang Qi ,Salviae with Western Medicine on incipient diabetic nephropathy(IDN).Methods :Eighty patients with IDN were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(40cases)was treated by integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine therapy,which was carried out by using Huang Qi and Salviae Injection on the basis of controlling Blood Glucose with Western Medicine effectively.Fourty patients in the control group were treated with Western Medicine alone.The course of treatment was one month.Changes of symptoms ,signs and related laboratory parameters were ob-served before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was90%while that in the control group was55%,and the difference between two group was significant (P<0.01).The related parameters in cluding24hours urinary albumin excre-tion,blood sugar,microalbuminuria,blood and urineβ 2 -microglobulin,and blood lipids were all improved after treatment in the treat-ment group (P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated Huang Qi ,Salviae Injection with Western Medicine was better than that of Western Medicine alone on treating IDN.
