摘要
目的 探索正常桡动脉检查方法,分析声像图。方法 依据解剖学特点,应用高变频超声探测20人次(40条)正常桡动脉声像图,测量其内径,观察频谱的形态。结果 正常桡动脉纵轴呈长管状,边界整齐,走行偶有小的分支,内为动脉血,其内径起始端平均男38±0.55mm,女28.0.48mm,远桡骨小头处平均男30±0.56mm,女22±0.59mm,频谱为向上动脉频谱,峰值速度男性平均高于女性。结论 正常桡动脉频谱为收缩早期血流速度加快,形成陡直的向上波峰,然后迅速下降,舒张末期再出现一个正向血流,但波形圆钝,速度较低,频带较窄。
Objective To explore the detecting method for the normal radial artery and analyse its image. Methods In accordance with the anatomic relations to surroundig organs and structures, the images of radial artery, its internal diameter and shape of frequency spectrum of 20 normal adults were detected with a 7.0 MHz probe. Results The normal radial artery seen from longitudinal section was in long pipe texture clearly defined. Occasionally, there were some small branches which have artery blood. The mean diameter of the normal radial artery was (38 ± 0.56) mm (male) and (28 ± 0.48) mm (female) in the cranialend and (30 ± 0.56)mm (male) and (22 ± 0.59)mm (male) in the caudalend near fovea capit-uli radii. Its frequency spectrum is standard triphasic wave. Man ' s speed is higher than woman' s. Conclusion The frequency of normal radial artery is that in systole early stage it forms a steep blood flow, then drop slowly,and in diastole last phase it is advance wave which form is blunt,speed is low and frequency band is narrow.
