试析“寒热互结”非半夏泻心汤证之病机

THE PATHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS ON THE QUESTIONABLE POINTS OF BANXIA XIEXIN DECOCTION

半夏泻心汤是张仲景用于治疗痞证的名方,临床用于治疗脾胃系统疾病疗效卓著。但传统观点认为“寒热互结”是该方证的病机。笔者认为,这种认识存在误区,并从《伤寒论》原文、仲景的用药思维、组方特点等方面进行了分析阐述,旨在深入探讨该方的病因病机、用药规律,以便更好的运用于临床。

BanxiaXiexin decoction is ZhangZhongjing'sfamous prescription whichis good at curing PIZHENG.It's curative effect,is notable in curing spleen and stomach system.But tradi tional viewpoint thinks that the pathology of this prescription and clinical manifestations is'mutual effect of chill and fever'.The authors hold that there is something questionable in this viewpoint.They had analyzed and elaberated their own ideas in the aspects of the original text of Tyohoid Theory,ZhangZhongjing's reasons for adopting medicineand the features of forming the prescription.Their purpose is to inquire further into the law of adopting medicinein this prescription,and to en-able it to be used in clinic better.
