摘要
目的 :探讨 MRI对颈椎间盘突出压迫脊髓变性的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析 94例颈椎间盘突出压迫脊髓变性的 MRI表现。结果 :本组病例脊髓内出现异常信号 1 0 4处 ,异常信号可分四型。 型 :T1 WI为等信号 ,T2 WI为略高信号 ,共 76处 ; 型 :T1 WI为等或略低信号 ,T2 WI为高信号 ,信号不均 ,共 2 0处 ; 型 :T1 WI为低信号 ,T2 WI为高信号 ,共 5处 ; 型 :T1 WI和 T2 WI均为高信号 ,共 3处。结论
Objective:To evaluate the role of MRI in diagonsing spinal cord degeneration caused by compression of protruded cervical intervertebral disc.Methods:The MRI findings of 94 cases of spinal cord degeneration caused by compression of protruded cervical intervertebral disc were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 104 places of abnormal MRI signals in spinal cord.The abnormal MRI signals might be classified into four types.Type Ⅰ:Iso signal on T 1WI and slightly high signal on T 2WI(76 places).TypeⅡ:Iso or slightly low signal on T 1WI and high signal on T 2WI,with signals intensity being heterogeneous(20 places).Type Ⅲ:Low signal on T 1WI and high signal on T 2WI(5 places).Type Ⅳ:High signal on T 1WI and T 2WI(3 places).Conclusion:MRI was the best method to check up the spinal cord degeneration caused by compression of protruded cervical intervertebral disc.
