CD44s在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

EXPRESSION OF CD44s IN BREAST CANCER AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

目的 :探讨 CD44s在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 S-P法检测 CD44s在 5例正常乳腺组织和 64例乳腺癌组织中的表达 ,分析其表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 :1正常乳腺导管上皮细胞和腺泡上皮细胞 CD44s呈阴性表达 ,而在肌上皮细胞呈强阳性表达 ;2 CD44s表达与肿瘤大小、TNM分期有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,随着乳腺癌的发展 ,CD44s表达呈下降趋势 ,而与病人年龄、月经状态、有无淋巴结转移、组织学类型、组织学分级、雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)及预后无关。结论 :CD44s可能在乳腺癌的早期发展过程中起作用 。

Objective:To investigate the expression of CD44s in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of CD44s and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological factors in human breast cancer were studied by immunohistochemical method using anti CD44s monoclonal antibody in 64 female breast cancer specimens and 5 normal tissue specimens.Results:①In normal breast tissues,luminal epithelial cells had a negative expression of CD44s in contrast to myoepithelial cells.②The expression of CD44s was significantly related with tumor size and TNM stage( P <0 05 respectively),and CD44s expression decreased with the development of breast cancer.No significant relation was found between the expression of CD44s and patients age,menopausal status,lymph node status,histology,histological grading ,ER,PR,and prognosis.Conclusion:CD44s expression might play a role in early development of breast cancer.
