曲唑酮与阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照研究

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF TRAZODONE AND AMITRIPTYLINE ON DEPRESSION

目的 :比较曲唑酮与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法 :将 59例患者分为曲唑酮、阿米替林两组 ,初始剂量为 50 mg/d,1 0 d内加至 1 50～ 30 0 mg/d,疗程 6周 ,用汉米顿抑郁量表评定效果。结果 :两组抗抑郁疗效相仿 ,汉米顿抑郁量表总分、几个因子分的减分率两组间比较差异均无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5)。曲唑酮组的主要不良反应为嗜睡 ,阿米替林组为口干、便秘等。结论 :曲唑酮是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。

Objective:To study the efficacy of trazodone and amitriptyline for treatment of depression.Methods:Fifty nine outpatients with depression were divided into two groups randomly.The initial dose of 50mg/d was gradually increased to 150～300 mg/d in ten days for 6 weeks.Efficacy was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results:The anitdepressant effects of two drugs were similar.There was no significant difference in recovery ratio and reduction of scores of HAMD between trazodone and amitriptyline groups.The common side effect of trazodone was somnolence.There were fewer autonomic nervous and cardiovascular effects in trazodone group than in amitriptyline group.Conclusion:Trazodone is a safe and effective antidepressant drug.
