黄芪注射液治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床研究

ASTRAGALUS INJECTION FOR TREATMENT OF CHRONIC APLASTIC ANEMIA

目的 :探讨黄芪注射液对慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法 :将 1 2 0例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者随机分为治疗组 ( 80例 )和对照组 ( 40例 )。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液 6 0 g静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,入院后 50 d做临床疗效评定。对照组仅给常规治疗。结果 初治黄芪组总有效率 54 .3% ,对照组 2 3.5% ;复治黄芪组总有效率 4 6 .7% ,对照组 2 1 .7% ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :黄芪注射液对慢性再生障碍性贫血有一定治疗作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Astragalus injection on aplastic anemia.Methods:Routine treatment combined with Astragalus injection 60 g perday was used in treatment group and only routine treatment in control group.Results:The efficient rates were 54 3% and 23 5% respectively on the fiftieth day after management in two groups.Conclusion:Astragalus injection was effective in the treatment of aplastic anemia.
