湖北地区汉族人群TNF基因多态性分布研究

Distribution of Tumor Necrosis Factor Gene Polymorphisms in Hubei Hans Population

目的 :了解TNF α和TNF β基因多态性在湖北地区汉族人群中的分布特点。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性法(PCR RFLP)检测 2 1 5例正常汉族人TNF α和TNF β基因型并与其它种族和地区的分布进行比较。结果 :TNF α基因型以TNF α1 /1型最为多见(8 7.0 % ) ,而TNF β基因型以TNF β1 / 2型出现频率最高 ( 5 0 .7% )。二种基因多态性分布在男女间均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。与其它种族和地区比较 ,发现不同种族和不同地区间TNF α和TNF β基因型分布及等位基因频率均存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在湖北地区汉族人群中存在TNF基因多态性 ,但在不同种族和不同地区间分布有明显的差异 ,这种差异可能是导致一些疾病在不同种族、不同地区间的发生、转归和预后不同的遗传因素之一。

To study the distribution of tumor necrosis factor(TN F)gene polymorphisms in normal Hans population.Method: 215 Chinese Hans persons,TNF gene polymorphisms were con firmed by using PCR RFLP technique,and compared with other ethnics and regions.Results: The frequency of TNF α1/1 genotype was the highest am ong TNF α genotypes(87.0%),and the frequency of TNF β1/2 genotyepe was the h ighest among TNF β genotypes(50.7%).But TNF α and TNF β gene polymorphism s had no difference between male and female( P>0.05 ).Compared with other ethn ics or regions,the distributions of TNF genotypes were significantly different a mong not only ethnics but also regions( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: TNF gene polymorphisms were exiting in normal Hans p opulation of Hubei,and its distribution were significantly different among ethni cs and regions.These differences might be one of the genetic factors contributed to the different pathogenesis,progress and prognosis in some diseases among eth nics or regions.
