摘要
目的 :观察在海拔 370 0m建立富氧室对人体血流动力学的影响。方法 :10名受试者在进入富氧室前后分别用XG—Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测血流动力学。结果 :富氧室后较富氧室前P、TPR、ALT降低明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,η、PAWP、CCP降低非常明显 (P <0 0 1) ;SV、mAP、BK增加明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,BV增加非常明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :富氧室在海拔370 0m对人体血流动力学有明显的改善作用。
Objective:To observe the influence of oxygen-enriched room to human blood dynamics at the altitude of 3700m.Methods:Use the model XG-Ⅲ automatic blood-circling function testing apparatus to test the 10 examinees' blood dynamics before and after entering the oxygen-enriched room.Result:The P,TPR,ALT decrease more apparently after entering the oxygen-enriched room than before(P<0.05);PAWP,CCP decrease obviously;SV,Map,BK increase obviously(P<0.05);BV also increase clearly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Oxygen-enriched room has obvious effect in improving the human blood dynamics at the altitude of 3700m.
