髋臼旋转截骨术治疗成人髋臼发育不良

Rotational acetabular osteotomy for the treatment of congenital acetabular dysplasia in adults

目的 :探讨治疗成人髋臼发育不良的新方法。方法 :髋臼旋转截骨术治疗成人髋臼发育不良8例(8髋)。平均年龄 3 5 .6岁 (2 6～48岁 )。男 3例 ,女 5例。手术方法在田川髋臼旋转截骨术基础上进行部分改进。平均随访时间 2 .1年 (1 5～3 6个月 )。结果 :以Lack的改良Tonis标准评定 ,优6例 ,良 2例 ;X线片显示髋臼和股骨头之间恢复了正常匹配关系。结论 :髋臼旋转截骨术是治疗成人髋臼发育不良的有效办法之一。

Objective:To explore a new treatment of congenital acetabular dysplasia in adults. Method:Eight adult patients(eight hips) who had acetabular dysplasia were treated with rotational acetabular osteotomy. The average age of the patients was 35.5 years old (from 26 to 48). There were 3 men and 5 women. The operations were performed by modified Takawa's method. The average duration of follow-up was 25 months(from15 to 36 months). Results : According to the modified criteria of Tonis by Lack the results were good in 6 and fair in 2 patiens. The X-ray examination showed that the congruous relationship between acetabulum and the femoral head became normal. Conclusion: Rotational acetabular osteotomy is one of effective methods for the treatment of acetabular dysplasia in adult.
