高度近视白内障超声乳化摘出术25例分析

Phacoemulsification of 25 cases in high myopia with cataract

目的 :评价高度近视合并白内障超声乳化摘出术的临床效果。方法 :2 5例 (3 0眼 )眼轴长 >2 5 .5mm的高度近视合并白内障 ,其中II级核 8眼 ,III级核 1 8眼 ,IV级核 4眼。采用巩膜隧道式切口及囊袋内超声乳化术 ,并植入人工晶体 (IOL)。结果 :术后 1个月最佳矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 1 8眼(60 % ) ,手术后并发症有角膜水肿和房水混浊 ,均很快消退。结论 :超声乳化摘出术适用于高度近视并发白内障。术前精确测量眼轴和计算IOL度数是提高高度近视并发白内障患者术后视力的重要因素 。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in high myopia with cataract.Methods:Thirty eyes of 25 cases with high myopia and cataract were included (axial length≥25.5 mm) and hardness of nucleus was grade 2 in 8 eyes,grade 3 in 18 eyes and grade 4 in 4 eyes. Tunnel incision was made and in situ nuclear fracture technique by phacoemulsification was used. Results: The best corrected visual acuity of 18 eyes(60%) were ressolved quickly. Conclusions: This operation is suitable for high myopia with cataract.
