摘要
目的 :测定结石康胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量。方法 :样品经适当提取后点于硅胶G薄层板上 ,以正丁醇 -乙酸乙酯(2 0∶17)为展开剂 ,检测波长为λs=5 10nm ,λR=6 0 0nm。结果 :平均回收率为 96 6 %。RSD =0 89%。结论 :本方法灵敏、准确、专属性好 ,可做为该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quantitative determination method of tetrahydropalmatine in Jieshikang capsule. Methods:TLC scanning method, silica gel G thin plate, developing system:n butanol:ethyl acetate(20∶17), scanning wavelength: λ s=510nm, λ R=600nm. Results:The average recovery and RSD were 96 6% and 0 89%, respectively. Conclusion:The method were sensitive, accurate and specific.
