A Traditional Chinese Medicine Remedies (TCMRs)Research Strategy for Exploring Composing Mechanism of TCMRs from Their Pharmacokinetics

目前拆方围绕君臣佐使的PK实验研究尚属空白。从方剂化学物质基础 ,从方剂体内活性成分分析及其药动学等角度 ,阐明君臣佐使组成原理与科学内涵 ,对开辟创制科学新方的新途径 ,对促进中药药理学的发展与成熟 ,对方剂复杂体系 ,走向国际复杂系统研究领域 ,均具有重要意义。

The pharmacokinetic study according to “junchenzhuoshi” composing mechanism of TCMRs has not been reported so far. A research stratgey is advanced from the TCMRs chemical substances base,in vivo active components analyses of TCMRs and their pharmacokinetics to elucidate “junchenzhuoshi” composing mechanism of TCMRs. It has important significance to create new scientific TCMRs,promote the development of TCMRs pharmacology and complex system.
