摘要
目的 建立一种高尿酸血症伴发高甘油三酯血症的动物模型 ,并初步探讨其发病机理。方法 通过同时给予C57BL/ 6小鼠尿酸和尿酸酶抑制剂 ,3周后分析其血尿酸和血脂水平。结果 3周后小鼠血尿酸和甘油三酯水平均显著升高。结论 表明小鼠高尿酸伴发高甘油三酯血症模型塑造成功 ,小鼠血尿酸的升高同时伴有肾功能的改变 。
Objective: To establish mouse models of hyperuricaemia complicated with hyperlipidemia and to explore its pathogenesis. Methods: Uric acid and uricase inhibitor were given to the C57BL/6 mouse models. The serum levels of uric acid and triglyceride were examined after 3 weeks. Results: The serum levels of uric acid and triglyceride were obviously increased. Conclusion: The mouse models of hyperuricaemia complicated with hyperlipidemia is established. Renal function is effected and the serum uric acid is increased.The increase of serum triglyceride may be related to the decrease of the activities of lipoprotein lipase.
