摘要
文章运用心理测验技术 ,设计出一套针对科技管理人员的完整且易于操作的 ,进行定性与定量相结合的测评方法 ,通过测验 ,具有良好的重测信度和结构效度 ,能从五个维度比较全面地反映科技管理人员的能力素质 ,对于测评。
By the use of the technology of psychological test, we have designed a set of the integrated and operated measure method on the scientific and technological manager by the qualitative and quantitative analysis in the paper, which have a good reliability and validity. The method can fully reflect the capability and quality of the scientific and technological manager from five dimensions, which have a significant directive function to the measure, choice and culture of the scientific and technological manager.
