HPLC法测定速效喘静胶囊中茶碱的含量

DETERMINATION OF THEOPHYLINE IN RAPIDEFFECT CHUAN JINC CAPSULE BY HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定速效喘静胶囊中茶碱含量,完善质量标准。方法:采用Hy-per-C_(18)柱,水—乙腈(90:10)为流动相,272nm为检测波长。结果:测得线性范围8～80μg/ml(r =0.9998),平均回收率为99.9％,RSD为0.3％(n=5)。结论:本法简便,准确,专属性强。

Objective: Establishing a method to determine the content of theophyline in rapid-effec-tive ChuanJing capsules and improve standard. Method: Using Hyper-C_(18) as the column. Watcr-acetonitrile(90:10) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 272nm. Result: The linear correlation ob-served is the range of 8ug-80ug/ml (r=0.9998). The Average recovery rate was 99.9%,RSD=0.3% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and specific.
