摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚葡锌片中盐酸二氧丙嗪的含量。方法:采用SPHERI-5 RP-18柱,乙腈—水—三乙胺(55:45:0.1)为流动相,269nm为检测波长。结果:测得线性范围40～500μg/ml(γ=0.9997),平均回收率为99.8％,RSD为0.4％(n=6)。结论:本法简便,快速,专属性强。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of dioxopromethazine hy-drochloride in compound paracetamol and zinc gluconate tablets. Method:Using HPLC with SPHERI-5 RP-18 column, acetonitril-water-triethylamine (55: 45: 0.1)as the mobile phase. Detection wave-length was269nm. Results:The linear correlation observed was the range 40-500μg/ml (r=0.9997). The average re-covery was 99.8%,RSD=0.4% (n=6). Coclusion:The method is simple,quick and specific.
