关于开发长寿命节能灯的若干问题

Problems of developing long-life energy-saving lamps

本文综述了采用专用集成电路制作的第三代电子镇流器在功率因数校正、灯电流控制、予热启动等方面的技术进展。在检测数十只节能灯电子镇流器的基础上 ,指出 :寿命短是当前市售节能灯严重的质量问题 ,解决这个问题的优选办法是研制低成本的驱动芯片 ,采用他激式电路 ,建议有关部门尽快制定节能灯的国家标准 ,加强行业管理 ,提高节能灯质量 。

This paper summarized the technology development in power factors correction,lamp current control, preheat start of the third generation electronic ballasts made by special-purpose integrated circuit. Based on examination on decades of ballasts, the writer found that a bad life of ballast is a serious quality problem. The best way to solve the problem is to research lower-cost driving-chip and to make use of excited circuit.To formulate national standards,strengthen trade management,improve quality and put forward modernaization of electric light source are suggested.
