以邓小平教育理论为指导加快高校教育教学改革的步伐

Fastening the Reform of Higher Education and Teaching, Guided by Deng Xiaopings Edncational Theory

本文以邓小平教育理论为指导，结合高校教学工作实际，提出转变教育思想，建设优秀教师队伍、改革人才培养模式是深化教学改革，提高人才培养质量的三个根本途径，并以此为依据提出我校未来教学改革的基本任务。

Guided by Deng Xiaoping's educational theory,the paper,by combining the theory with practical teaching work in higher instifution,states that changing ideas in education,bui lding up an excellent group of teaching staff and reforming the pattern of perso nnd training are three foundmental approaches in deepening teaching reform and r aising the quality of training personnel.On the basis of this,the outhor proposes the main task in future teaching reform in our college.
