摘要
20多年来 ,中国经济发生了极为深刻的变化。当前 ,中国经济在管理体制、宏观环境、开放程度、分配格局、区域战略以及国际竞争关系等方面都表现出非常显著的特点。今天的中国 ,正站在一个关键的历史转折点上 ,必须以创造性的思维和更具创新性的作为 ,才能在新世纪再度获得更大的成就 ,早日进入世界中等收入国家的行列。
Great exchanges were brought about for the last 20 years in China's economy. Currently, characteristics of administrative system, macro environment, opening to the outside world, distribution structure, regional strategy and international competition in China's economy are appearing. China, now as on the historical turning point, has to be more new thinking and creative action, and only further achievements are obtained in the new century, China can earlier enter into the ranks of middle income countries.
