目前 ,环境管理正在我国饭店行业逐步推开。文章在进一步明确环境管理的深远意义后 ,着重就政府介入推行饭店环境管理的必要性以及政府干预的政策工具展开了讨论。

Environmental management has been adopted by more and more hotels in China now. Confirming the significance of environmental management, the necessity of government intervention in promoting environmental management in hotels and policies that can be taken by the government were discussed.
