摘要
目的 :观察陈皮对动物肠运动的影响并探讨其作用机制及作用的主要成分。方法 :以家兔小肠收缩强度为指标 ,观察不同浓度的陈皮水煎剂和橙皮苷对肠平滑肌收缩的影响。结果 :陈皮水煎剂(6.2 5 % ,12 .5 % ,2 5 % ,5 0 % ,75 % ,10 0 % )均能显著抑制家兔离体十二指肠的自发活动 ,使收缩力降低 ,紧张性下降 ,且呈量效反应关系。对乙酰胆碱、Ba Cl2 、5— HT引起的回肠收缩加强均有拮抗作用。而且能使先用阿托品、肾上腺素、多巴胺而紧张性降低的离体兔肠进一步松弛。酚妥拉明、心得安对陈皮的抑制效应影响不大。橙皮苷对离体肠管未见明显作用。结论 :表明橙皮苷可能不是陈皮抑制肠运动的主要成分。陈皮的抑制效应主要通过胆碱能受体、5—HT受体介导或对平滑肌直接作用。
Objective:To study the effect and mechanisms of Chenpi on intestinal mobility in animal and the main offectine ingredient.Methods:The Chenpi decoction in varied concentrtion and hesperidin on the spontaneous contraction of isolated rabbit intestine were studied.Results:Chenpi (6.25%,12.5%,25%,50%,75%,100%) all inhibited the spontaneous contraction significantly, decreased the mean contractile amplitude and declined the intensity of the strips and was dose dependent. The effect was antagonized by Ach, BaCl 2, 5-HT, and could increase the inhibitory action of atropine, adrenalin, dopamine. Regitine and propranolol had no effect on Chenpi. Hesperidin had no effect on intestinal muscle strips in rabbit in vitro .Conclusion:Hesperidin may not be the main ingredient of Chenpi to restrain the intestinal mobility. Chenpi has a restraining effect on the movement of intestinal tract, which may be mediated through Μ receptor, 5-HT receptor or directly act the intestinal muscle.
