MMP-9和TIMP-1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in non-small cell lung cancer and their clinical value

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP) - 9及组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂 (TIMP) - 1在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中表达及其临床意义。方法 采用SP免疫组化法检测 62例NSCLC中MMP - 9和TIMP - 1蛋白的表达水平。结果 MMP - 9和TIMP- 1的阳性表达率分别为 74 2 %和 69 4 %。腺癌中二者表达率均显著高于鳞癌 (P <0 0 5 )。随肿瘤TNM分期增加而二者表达率增高 ,Ⅲ +Ⅳ期二者阳性表达率均显著高于Ⅰ +Ⅱ期 (P <0 0 5 )。淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 MMP - 9可作为判断肺癌恶性程度、转移及预后的指标。TIMP - 1不是简单对MMP - 9的局部升高起反应。

Objective To determine the expression of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLS) tissues and their clinical value.Methods Specimens of 62 NSCLC were examined for MMP 9 and TIMP 1 expression by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression levels of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 in the NSCLC tissues were 74.2% and 69.4% respectively.The positve rates of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 in adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05),much higher in stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ stages than those in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ stages (P<0.05),and significantly higher in tumors with lymphatic metastasis than those without lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusions MMP 9 in NSCLC might be a useful parameter for degree of malignancy and metastasis of tumor.
