摘要
在分析总结现有的橡胶坝螺栓压板式锚固和楔块挤压式锚固方法的基础上,提出了伸缩锚固方法。该方法利用螺旋体伸张推动钢筋混凝土压块,将坝袋胶布和底垫片的锚固部分以及止水海绵胶挤压在锚固槽内壁,以达到锚固坝袋的目的。共进行了梯形、直墙式靴形、80°斜墙式靴形以及双峰形四种形状锚固槽的伸缩锚固方法试验。试验中得出的梯形、靴形槽的计算式,可供设计同类型锚固槽参考。
Based on the summarizing and analyzing of the traditional boltplaten and wedge-squeeze anchoring methods of rubber dam, the extension-type anchoring method is introduced in this paper. Four tyqes of anchoring grooves, trapezoid, boot-shaped with vertical wall and 80°inclined wall, as well as double hump-shaped, are tested. The experimental formulas of the trapezoid and boot-shaped grooves presented in the paper can be referential to the design of the similar anchoring grooves of rubber dam.
