三七接骨丸的质量标准研究

Studies on Quality Standard of Sanqi Jiegu Pill

目的 :控制三七接骨丸的质量。方法 :采用 GC- MS法鉴别乳香、牡丹皮 ;薄层扫描法测定人参皂苷 Rg1的含量。结果 :色谱图有特征吸收峰 ,人参皂苷 Rg1在 0 .5 2～ 8.32 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=1.0 0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率为 96 .8% ,RSD为 1.4 8%。结论 :该方法简便 ,灵敏 ,重现性好 。

Objective:To control the quality of Sanqi Jiegu Pill.Methods:The presence of Olibanum and Cortex Moutan were identified by GC-MS, and Ginsenoside Rg 1 was determined by TLCS.Results:There were specific absorption peaks in the chromatogram, and linearity was found at the range of 0.52 ～ 8.32 μg of Ginsenoside Rg 1( r =1.000 0), the average recovery was 96.8%, and RSD =1.48%.Conclusion:The method was proved to be simple, accurate and reproducible, and may be used for the quality control of the preparation.
