摘要
目的 :研究 6种中药对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。方法 :分别用 5 0 %乙醇水溶液回流提取中药白芷、白附子、当归、云苓、蒺藜、银杏叶 ,然后浓缩提取液至膏状。用水将 10 mg膏状稀释为 1mg/ ml,测定各自对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率。结果 :6种中药白芷、白附子、当归、云苓、蒺藜、银杏叶都对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率分别为 35 .14 % ,5 5 .86% ,60 .63% ,2 1.62 % ,5 4.4 6% ,39.2 9%。结论
Objective:To study the effect of six kinds of Chinese medicines on inhibiting tyrosinase activity.Methods:Refluencing and extracting Chinese medicines: Taiwan angelica Root,Giant typhoniumh Rhizome, Angelica sinensis Root, Indian Bread, Puncturevine caltrop Fruit and Gingko b:10 ba Leaf, concentrating the extraction to paste, diluenting the each paste 10 mg to 1mg/ml with distilled water, detecting each rate of these Chinese medicines to inhibit tyrosinase activity.Results:The rate of each is in turn 35.14%,55.86%,30.63%,21.62%,54.46%,39.29%.Conclusion:The most effective of these medicines to inhibit tyrosinase activity is Giant typhoniumh Rhizome.
