摘要
目的 :探讨黄芪注射液的免疫作用。方法 :以黄芪注射液对小鼠 S180 进行抑瘤实验观察 ,同时对红细胞免疫功能和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的变化进行检测。结果 :黄芪注射液能抑制瘤细胞生长 ,并对红细胞免疫和红细胞 SOD有良好增强作用 ,能增强红细胞免疫功能 ,提高 SOD的活性。结论 :黄芪注射液对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫和
Objective:To research the immune function of injection liquid of Astragalus membracaus . Methods:Observing the experiment of tumor checking by injecting some mice with Astragalus membracaus . Meanwhile examining the erythrocytes' function and the change of SOD. Results:Injection liquid of Astragalus membracaus can inhibit the tumor cells from growing. It can enhance the immunity of erythrocytes and the vigor of SOD as well. Conclusion:Injection liquid of Astragalus membracaus can enhance the RBC immunity of the mice with tumor and vigor of SOD.
