摘要
目的 :测定不同产地及不同部位荆芥中总黄酮的含量 ,对荆芥的质量控制提供更多依据。方法 :采用分光光度法。结果 :江苏扬州产荆芥及其茎中含量较高。结论 :该方法可靠 ,测定结果能反映客观实际 。
Spectrophometry for the quantity of flavonoid in different sections of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. and from different areas was described. It showed that flavonoid from Yangzhou Jiangsu and in the stem were more than others. The method can control the quality of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. effectively.
