摘要
本文介绍了提高靠船墩设施靠泊能力的可行性论证试验与分析。现场测试了现有靠泊方式下油轮的靠泊速度、靠船角度、护弦变形及靠船墩的位移等,并对实测数据进行了分布概率统计分析,给出了捉高靠泊能力后靠船墩结构的内力、强度与稳定的验算结果,提出了靠船设施提高靠泊能力的可行性论证意见和建议。
This paper describes a feasibility study on the possibility of increasing the berthing capacity of a pile supported port pier structure through field testing and analysis. A series of tests is performed investigating the approaching velocity and angle of the ship, the berthing energy and the displacement of the pier structure as well as the deformation of the rubble fenders. Statistical analysis based on the measured values of velocity, angle and energy is carried out. The strength and stability of the pier structure are calculated, and the safety of the structure is evaluated for the expected cases of larger berthing ships. Finally, proposals for the improvement of the docking facilities are put forward in case the pier would be allowed for larger ships to berth.
