摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT扫描技术在人工牙种植术前检查与评估中的应用。方法 利用螺旋CT对 38例患者的颌骨种植区进行扫描 ,通过相应的牙科扫描软件对扫描数据进行多平面重建 ,获得种植区的冠状面、矢状面、轴面图像。结果 多平面重建图像能够清晰显示种植区颌骨的外形及其内部的重要解剖结构 ,并能利用其图像上的标尺精确测量种植区的骨量 ,为人工牙种植手术方案的制定提供有效的帮助。
Objective To investigate the application of spiral CT in assessment of the mandible and maxilla for endosseous implant surgery.Methods Spiral CT with dental scan-software that generates multiplanar reconstuctions on coronal sagittal and axial sections were used to examine 38 patients who were being considered for endosseous dental implants in the mandibular or maxillary arches.Results The technique allowed recongnition for alveolar ridge contour and anatomy structure,and measurement of alveolar ridge.The application of spiral CT facilitates the design and placement of the optimal dental prosthesis.;
