抽水蓄能方式的南水北调大宁河济汉方案 被引量:8

摘要 本文论述了南水北调中线方案的水源问题 ,作者认为可以从大宁河调水入汉江丹江口上游。大宁河济汉 ,较之其它引江济汉方案线路短。可通过在剪刀峡修建水库拦住大宁河 ,通过设在大昌镇附近的一级泵站将三峡水库的水抽到剪刀峡 ;二级泵站将剪刀峡内的水抽到堵河上游 ,然后通过天然河道自流到丹江口水库。水泵站利用低谷电抽水运行 ;堵河一侧可装设 4座梯级调峰电站计 6 5 0万kW。大宁河济汉方案具有抽水蓄能效益 ,少加高丹江口大坝 ,减少移民及淹没损失 ,也不需要再在三峡下游开凿两沙运河向汉江补水 ,具有诸多明显的优点。 After a comprehensive investigation on the water sources of the central line of South North Water Transfer Project, a novel scheme of Diverting daning River to the upper stream of Danjiang River has been presented in this paper. Compared with other schemes of Diverting Daning River to Han River, the line length of the proposed scheme is the shortest. The scheme is as following building a reservoir on the Jiandao George to hold back the Daning River, and setting up a first level pump stations near Dachang Town to lift water to Jiandao George, then building the second level pump stations toulift water from jiandao George to the upper stream of Du River, the brach of Hau River finally the water in the Du River could flow automatically into the Danjiangkou Reservoir through natural waterways. The pump stations lift water using the low valley electric energy. 4 cascade power stations are to be built for regulating peak on the side of Du River, whose total capacities are about 6 5million kw. As a pumped storage system, besides its inherent merits, the proposed scheme has more other apparent advantages, such as, without need to heighten the Danjiangkou Dam, reducing the immigrants expenses and submerge losses, avoiding digging a Canal from Shashi City to Shayang at the down stream of the Three Georges to divert water to Han River.
